Four warehouses covering the Kingdom
Saudi Arabia is a large market, and the distance between supplier and store directly affects how fast you can reorder. We spread our stock across four warehouses:
- Riyadh: serves the Central region, including Al Kharj, Ad Dilam, Hawtah, Qassim, Unaizah and Afif.
- Jeddah (head office): serves the Western region, including Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu.
- Dammam: serves the Eastern region, including Qatif and Al Ahsa.
- Jazan: serves the Southern region, including Sabya, Baish, Ad Darb, Ash Shuqaiq, Muhayil, Asir and Najran.
Alongside the warehouses we run our own distribution company and have sales representatives in every region. Through them we serve key accounts, distributors and optical stores in more than 35 cities, from Tabuk, Al Jouf, Arar and Rafha in the north to Najran and Jazan in the south.

- Fewer stock-outs on core shades: fast replenishment brings best sellers back before customers notice they were missing.
- Flexibility in peak seasons: Ramadan, Eid, wedding season, National Day and Founding Day all push demand up suddenly. A nearby warehouse lets you scale up for the season without taking big risks.
How an order flows
- Order: send your order through your regional rep, WhatsApp or the website form, with brands, shades and quantities.
- Confirmation: our sales team confirms availability, prices and terms, and suggests alternatives if a shade is out of stock.
- Picking: the order is prepared at the warehouse nearest to you, with the lot number and expiry date visible on every box.
- Delivery: the order ships to your store, and you check quantities and dates on arrival.
- Follow-up: your rep tracks sell-through and suggests reorders before core shades run out.
Storage to medical-device standards
Contact lenses are medical devices, and storage is part of their safety. Eye Language holds ISO 13485 certification for medical device quality management, covering import, distribution, storage, wholesale and retail. In practice this means:
- Every lot is traceable from the factory to your store.
- Stock is issued first-expiry-first-out (FEFO), so you do not receive short-dated boxes.
- Boxes are kept away from high heat and direct sunlight, which matters in a Saudi summer.
Tip for your store: keep boxes in a drawer or cabinet away from a sunny shop window, and arrange them so the oldest boxes sell first.
