Are your products licensed in the Kingdom?
Yes. Our products are licensed by the Ministry of Health and the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA), we are registered with the Ministry of Commerce and hold ISO 13485 certification. We share registration documents with partners on request.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on your business type and the brands you choose. Our sales team sets it out in your quote, and we start new stores with a suitable starter assortment.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your city. We ship from the warehouse nearest to you in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or Jazan, and our team confirms the delivery time with every order.
Do you offer colored lenses with prescription power?
Yes. Élite and MyLense Perla are available in powers from -0.50 to -8.00.
